OSCAR

The Online System for Customer Assistance Records (OSCAR) is a web-based software tool designed to create efficiencies in the administration of low-income utility assistance programs. 

OSCAR was designed to automate workflow, increase ease of communication and create efficiencies for low-income water and utility payment programs.

OSCAR’s home page uses a digital dashboard to communicate assignments, appointments, participation levels and more.

The web-based application utilizes standard validation and verification procedures to ensure the ease of information collection and data accuracy.
